This module includes tetralogy of Fallot, D-transposition of the great arteries, congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries, truncus arteriosus, and double outlet right ventricle. This is a very complex and highly variable group of congenital problems. This section is probably the first one for which the defects will contain more than just a single pathology within the heart. The imaging and hemodynamic problems become more complex with this group of lesions.
