This module reviews physiologic arterial testing used for the lower extremities. Techniques and criteria are explained for segmental pressures, Doppler waveform analysis and pulse volume recordings. Exercise testing indications and results are also explained. Normal findings are described and the impact of various disease states are discussed. Case presentations are included for the multiple testing modalities. These cases consist of a range of disease levels and severities.
