A refund, less a $30.00 administrative fee and cost of pre-course materials,
is available for written seminar cancellations, postmarked and received in
our office four weeks prior to the seminar. Written cancellations received
fewer than 4 weeks prior to the seminar qualify for a 75% refund, less a
$30.00 administrative fee and cost of pre-course materials. No refund will
be given for cancellations fewer than ten days prior to the seminar.
Attendees may transfer to another seminar location at no additional fee for
a period of one year. If a program is cancelled due to an unforeseen
circumstances, attendees may transfer to another seminar. A full refund will be given for books and unopened CDs or DVDs returned within 30 days of purchase date. A $30.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. |
